Hillcrest Memorial Park (often referred to as “Sparkman Hillcrest”), is home to the first Mount Zion Garden established in 2001. The cemetery is beautifully maintained and centrally located in North Dallas close to many of the major Jewish institutions of the city. Mount Zion is surrounded by many other well-maintained gardens, and many notable individuals and prominent families are buried in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
There are over 600 spaces in Phase I and Phase II of the Mount Zion Garden. Families may choose from spaces accommodating ground level markers, upright monuments or private hedged estates.
Families from all area congregations, and many unaffiliated families, have selected Mount Zion at Hillcrest Memorial Park because of its prestigious location, serene and dignified grounds, and the confidence that Judaism’s sacred traditions will always be maintained.
