Hillcrest Memorial Park

Hillcrest Memorial Park (often referred to as “Sparkman Hillcrest”), is home to the first Mount Zion Garden established in 2001. The cemetery is beautifully maintained and centrally located in North Dallas close to many of the major Jewish institutions of the city. Mount Zion is surrounded by many other well-maintained gardens, and many notable individuals and prominent families are buried in Hillcrest  Memorial Park.

There are over 600 spaces in Phase I and Phase II of the Mount Zion Garden.  Families may choose from spaces accommodating ground level markers, upright monuments or private hedged estates.

Families from all area congregations, and many unaffiliated families, have selected Mount Zion at Hillcrest Memorial Park because of its prestigious location, serene and dignified grounds, and the confidence that Judaism’s sacred traditions will always be maintained.

Restland Memorial Park

Restland Memorial Park is home to the United Jewish Cemetery established in 2008.  Restland is an expansive tree-covered cemetery conveniently located in North Dallas just North of 635 between Central Expressway and Greenville Road.  The UJC at Restland is a convenient and cost-competitive option for families, especially those in Far North Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Allen, Frisco and communities farther North.

The United Jewish Cemetery at Restland has evolved into one of the principal burial grounds for the Jewish community and will continue to serve the entire needs of the community for decades to come.  The UJC contains over 1,600 spaces dedicated for Jewish burial and contains the Mount Zion Gardens, Sinai Gardens, three synagogue gardens reserved for members of those congregations, and gardens for additional congregations and enlarging existing gardens.

The UJC unites both generations and the community.
