The UJC is the only Jewish-owned organization in Dallas that offers burial options to the entire Jewish community:
- Synagogue/Temple membership is not required.
- We respect the varying traditions within our community.
- UJC has two convenient North Dallas locations on the grounds of Hillcrest Memorial Park and Restland Memorial Park.
- Since 2001, UJC has created over 2,500 burial spaces in both locations.
- We offer various options to suit your family’s wishes:
- Burial spaces with ground level markers
- Burial spaces that accommodate upright monuments
- Hedged companion estates
- Private family estates designed to accommodate multiple family members
- Our Mount Zion Gardens at both cemeteries are reserved for individuals desiring burial according to traditional Halachic standards.
- Our Sinai Gardens at Restland are designed for the entire Jewish community. Inter-married couples are welcome in Sinai Gardens.
- UJC is home to several congregations:
- Ten Orthodox congregations recommend the Mount Zion gardens to their members
- Three Conservative congregations and one reform congregation have gardens within the UJC exclusively for their members
- The 2016 expansion will accommodate additional congregational gardens
- Perpetual care is included in the purchase price for all burial rights.
